Fresh out of college at the ripe age of 21, I decided to become a small business owner rather than a cog in the wheel at a corporate 9 to 5. You see, from an early age, I had the entrepreneurial itch….I sold shoes on the side of the road, opened a lemonade stand at our city market, and peddled homemade pop up greeting cards to my neighbors.
I graduated college and immediately opened my boutique and ran it with drive, passion and grit. I worked hard…gave my blood, sweat and tears, and perfected the art of customer’s experience.
I received rave reviews and had a reputation of gold. I built a brand from scratch, franchised, owned multiple locations along with an exclusive product line…I had made it and was still under the age of 30.
From the outside looking in, I was a textbook version of success. I was featured in Entrepreneur magazine and had a brand that was recognized by many in the industry.
I was drowning and suffocating under the crippling anxiety that was piling up from constantly trying to bring in the next customer and make the next sale. The freedom I thought I would have from owning my small business was nowhere to be found. I was constantly working, and when I wasn’t working, I was thinking about my business.
The truth is, I was trying to do everything by myself and DIY my way to a profit…this included my marketing. Anytime I did try to work with a marketing company, they happily took my money and I had nothing to show for it. I was looking for an agency that would be my partner but in the end felt like I was throwing money at a marketing firm and receiving no results. I was burnt out, stressed out and miserable.
So…I slowly began to transition out of my business that I devoted my life to for 12 years and began my search for the business that would allow me to have the flexibility that I desired.
Fast forward and I am now living my entrepreneurial dream and helping others live theirs. I am able to marry the boutique customer experience that I love with a proven Facebook™ advertising strategy so that others can have success and freedom in their business too. Our team only works with a few clients each month so we can offer a 1:1 client experience and can be readily available to each and every client.
